Merry Christmas!
The second day was pretty tough. A solid 77 mile ride from Hebron to Rochester, IN. Started early at 7:45 to get ahead of the day. And of course, started out with a solid breakfast for champs. Don't try this at home, kids:

For the most part, the ride was pretty scenic. Wide, vast lands and plenty of sun to draw some sweat along the way. The only downside? Passing by pastures was dreadful. Miles of mind-numbing methane gas.
On the way to Rochester, I hit the North Judson Trail, a long trail following train tracks going South East. Shawn, if you're reading this... you wanted a shout out, so just want you to know I took Suarez hostage for my trip down to Nashville. Here's my boi Luis getting a good morning jog.
As the sun drops, the temperature sinks like Steph Curry, and the sweat starts to chill the body rapidly. The last stretch is usually the toughest, but near the end this little treat put a smile on my face:
Towards the end of the trip I started getting a lot of doubts about the 107 mile ride. Not only was the weather looking horrid, I had just rode 77.5 miles which gave my left knee a good beating, and left me pretty worn out. One way or another, I needed to get some good rest to recoup and put up a good fight.
